This is a stunning, beautiful visage of spouting water with great usage of the natural background light. That light creates colors of deep blues, purples and pink and are at the same time nearly florescent in their luminosity. It is seemingly pushing towards colors off into a spectrum not visible by humans, into ultra violet.

Your use of blurring or out of focus in both the foreground and background not only trains the eye towards the sharpness of the water and grate on the ground but also provides depth and a three dimensional feel to the photo.

The photo evokes a warm summer evening in a city filled with light and it seems that you could just reach out and place your hand upon the water feeling its coolness in contrast to the sultry air. It simply makes you wish you were there.
